Limited Warranty

GadgetRest Limited Warranty

GadgetRest warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Proof of purchase from GadgetRest or an authorized seller is required for all warranty claims.

What This Limited Warranty Covers

Subject to the terms of this warranty, GadgetRest may replace products that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective

  • Contain a manufacturing defect

  • Fail during normal and intended use within the applicable warranty period

Approved replacements will be for the same product originally purchased, subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, GadgetRest may provide a reasonably comparable replacement at its discretion.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage, or maintenance

  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or mishandling

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration that does not affect the product’s intended function

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

  • Damage caused by using the product for an unintended purpose

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, websites, or stores

  • Products for which valid proof of purchase cannot be provided

Other Property and Electronic Devices

This warranty applies only to the GadgetRest product itself. It does not cover the repair or replacement of phones, computers, monitors, headphones, personal property, or other electronic devices used with or near the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GadgetRest will not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a GadgetRest product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion might not apply to you.

Unauthorized Sellers

Refunds and warranty replacements are not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, websites, or stores. Customers should contact the original seller directly regarding returns, refunds, replacements, or other purchase-related concerns.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you might also have other rights that vary from state to state.
