Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage to our device, due to improper usage.
• Damage due to repairs that was unauthorized
• Abuse, accidents, misuse or mishandling
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Limited Warranty Covers:

• Damage products upon arrival
• Any products that has a manufacturer defect
• Products failing under regular use

GadgetRest Limited Warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property including but not limited to personal property or electronic devises. GadgetRest will not be responsible for any subsidiary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of GadgetRest products.

No refunds or replacements will be provided to customers that purchased from an unauthorized seller, site or store. Please contact that seller directly.
