Returns, Shipping & Warranty
Amazon Purchases
All GadgetRest products purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s current return, refund, and shipping policies.
Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet Amazon’s return requirements. Return eligibility, return shipping costs, refund methods, and processing times are determined by Amazon.
To request a return or replacement, visit Your Orders in your Amazon account and follow the return instructions provided.
Warranty Replacements
If your GadgetRest product is defective and remains within its applicable warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Approved replacements will be for the same product originally purchased, subject to availability.

GadgetRest will cover the cost of shipping the approved replacement to the customer.

Return-shipping instructions and costs, when applicable, will be provided during the warranty-claim process.

GadgetRest is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit. We recommend retaining your tracking information.

Purchases made through Amazon or another third-party retailer must be returned to that retailer for a refund. GadgetRest does not issue refunds for purchases processed by third-party sellers or stores.
Shipping
Orders placed through Amazon are processed and shipped according to Amazon’s shipping policies, delivery estimates, and procedures.
